GladStoreEvery app is one .gladapp file

It is just an HTML file with everything inside it (code, styles, pictures), plus a small label at the top that says what it is. Nothing is shared with the store or with other apps.

• Storage: localStorage works as normal and is kept separately for each app.
• Leaving: call gladapp.exit() to return to the store.
• Self-contained: apps can use the internet, but should not need any other file from the store.
• Testing: rename your file to .html and open it in a browser, or use “Open a .gladapp file…”.
